How I apply cream blush: *click*
Lovesick is a true rose. When my face turns red/pink this shade is very similar. I’m loving this to be honest. I agree with the finish as well. It looks matte yet dewy. It’s very natural and blended beautifully! I use a synthetic brush with it, I dipped into the product then patted the brush on my hand. I do this to avoid getting too much product in one area. I tapped it on my cheek and it effortlessly blended out.
The consistency is kind of odd compared to my other cream blushes. It’s not as emollient feeling. When you put your finger in it it feels dry like you’re going to have to rub past the top layer to get to the creamy product. But no that’s not true! It is just a drier cream consistency but not worries it blends out perfectly. I guess I could compare it to how a satin lipstick feels vs a cremesheen (mac). It has the perfect amount of pigment too, you don’t have to add a lot. Yet it’s not too pigmented that you have to blend forever.
This lasts very well. My favorite part about this particular blush is that it is a matte dewy (I think the texture has to do with that)! Usually cream blushes are very dewy and on my oily skin I’m not a fan. Lovesick is perfect though. I definitely recommend this blush, it gives a great natural look. Plus have I mentioned how badass the packaging is?
