The #MOTD Lip Liner pencils are the same formula as these! I’m guessing these ones are just eye safe compared to the lip ones. Just like the lip liners they are a slightly creamy consistency and once you apply them you have to blend! They set very fast. These eye liners are very pigmented and go on nicely.
The application is nice, these have a lot of pigmentation. I didn’t have to go over my waterline a ton of times to get the color. Once I applied them blending (immediately) went great even with my eyes watering. I always use a small smudge-y brush and it blended good by itself and with powder. Wear wise is lasted a fairly long time. After 5 hours I still had color. The problem I have with most liners is they don’t stay completely in your water line but bunch up near your lashes. This liner (like most) did this but the color was still intense. The color hadn’t faded any. I didn’t have a problem with the smudged part running either!
